Business Model Generation is the best Business Model Canvas text I have read. It is simple to understand for educators and students.  Their online resource includes free videos for all Canvas sections, as well as key information for completion.  I used this resource to create an assignment for each Canvas section and created a "Business Model Canvas Packet for students to complete after selecting their problem-solution.
